Mother Nature

This image reminds me just how impossibly skilled nature is. Just look at this horse---every line combines perfectly to produce a powerful and athletic presence among its contrasting flowing hair and dramatic sloping nose. It gently and almost playfully glances at the camera flexing its ripped muscles and knowing that the light and reflections of its body will produce a beautiful metallic sheen for the photographer. This is the source and essence of good art---as artists we can only expand from what nature gives us, no matter what the subject.
